As you will know from our previous email, we must increase the monthly contribution to the association from R190 to R210. This excludes the debit order charge of R9.60 which will be added to the R210, so the total debit to your account will be R219.60.
Could you please complete a new debit order form for the revised amount and fax or email it back to me?

I require all reply emails/new debit order forms back by the 19th August so that I may get the amendments in the system in time for the new debit order run, so this is fairly urgent please.
